Blue Wave Wrestling Club: Grades 5-8 Wrestling

“An amazing opportunity to work with Darien High School Wrestling coach Dom Spadaro. Goals are to develop wrestler’s skills in scholastic wrestling. Emphasis on technique, match preparation, mental preparation, goal setting and conditioning. Beginner to Advanced. EVERYONE is Welcome!!!

Requirements: Every Wrestler must have a USA Wrestling Card and wrestling shoes. Copy of your current card must be presented at 1st session. USA Wrestling Memberships run from September-August. Go to www.usawmembership.com to update your card or sign up for a new membership.

This program will be run by Darien High School Wrestling Head Coach Dom Spadaro. Coach Spadaro coaches with the South Side Wrestling Club and is a former varsity wrestler at Fairfield Warde. Coach Spadaro will have current DHS wrestlers assist with the program.

Program fee includes a tee shirt and participants will have the opportunity to compete in area tournaments on Sundays.”
