Stewie the Duck Swim School:: Super Ducks Pre-Swim Team

Tryouts are required for all ages. Must know freestyle, breast stroke, butterfly and backstroke and be working toward or know how to do a flip turn.

• Freestyle and backstroke – DISTANCE
• Flip turns –  for all strokes that require flip turn
• Breaststroke – proper timing
• Butterfly with arms and rhythm
• Tread water 1-2 minutes
• Mastery of the four competitive strokes
• Building endurance

Exit Goals: Mastery of all four competitive strokes. Freestyle and backstroke no signs of fatigue, breaststroke proper timing, butterfly proper arms-to-kick ratio, flip turn comfortably, tread water 1-2 minutes.
