Darien Summer School: Blue Wave Wrestling Clinic

“The Darien Blue Wave Wrestling Clinic is designed to improve individual wrestling technique and conditioning through a varsity-style practice approach for beginner through advanced wrestlers. Wrestlers will focus on physical and mental toughness while working to improve and expand their techniques. This clinic will consist of wrestling specific games, drills and exercises, along with the opportunity for live wrestling situations.”
