Blue Wave Wrestling Club: Grades 2-4 Wrestling

“An amazing opportunity to work with the Darien High School Wrestling coaches first hand. Goals are to develop wrestler’s skills in scholastic wrestling. Emphasis on technique, match preparation, mental preparation, goal setting, conditioning, and weight training. Beginner to Advanced. EVERYONE is Welcome!!!

Requirements: Every Wrestler must have a USA Wrestling Card and wrestling shoes. Copy of your current card must be presented at 1st session. USA Wrestling Memberships run from September-August. Go to www.usawmembership.com to update your card or sign up for a new membership.

Please Note: This program will now meet on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at Bobby Valentine’s Sports Academy, 4 Largo Drive in Stamford and will run from 5-6pm.”
