“This camp is designed to bring the energy out of our beloved bruiser! The goal of Wrestling Camp is to teach your son the skills and strategies needed to wrestle. Integral parts of learning to wrestle include emphasis on developing sportsmanship, teamwork, and confidence in every participant. Campers will learn conviction and self-control, while developing wrestling skills. Individual-skill will be emphasized, along with techniques including takedowns, pinning, breakdowns, riding, and bottom moves. There will be ample opportunity for campers to participate in matches, games, and much more!”
