Register for a 12-week session and take 2 classes per week on a flexible schedule. The program helps young athletes with general physical preparedness, increase strength and speed, reduce the risk of injury, build confidence and grit, improve coordination and agility, and eccentric and isometric training.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Ages 9-11: 4:30pm-5:30pm

Ages 12-15: 3:30pm-4:30pm AND 5:30pm-6:30pm

Saturday, Sunday

Ages 9-11: 10am-11am

Ages 12-15: 11am-12pm
