CT City Lacrosse: Advanced Indoor Training Academy 6th-8th

These sessions will be split into 1/3’s. 1/3 positional work specific to Defense, Offense, Goalie. 1/3 small ball and unsettled play (2v1, 3v2, 4v3) 1/3 settled play (2v2, 3v3, 4v4 up to 6v6)
These sessions have significantly larger field space and players will be immersed in what it feels like to run at a varsity level practice. Coach Nazzaro, director and owner will work with players to develop on field presence of all players with a focus on the IQ, and intricacies of the game itself!
