CT Elite Hockey Club: Winter Indoor Club Field Hockey

“The CT Elite Field Hockey Winter Indoor Club Program starts with tryouts for all age groups (U12-U19) during the month of November. Because we draw the largest number of players in the winter, tryouts are crucial for placing players on the appropriate team. Last year alone, CT Elite had over 250 players tryout for a coveted spot in our winter program. After tryouts, players are placed on appropriate teams based on ability.
The Winter Indoor Club Program lasts roughly 13 weeks beginning the first week of December and ending the first week of March. Players will practice twice weekly at our premier facility in Chelsea Piers and play in 3-4 tournaments, depending on the specific team. More information can be found under the TOURNAMENTS tab. Indoor field hockey equipment is required: indoor stick, left-hand glove, shin guards, mouth guard, and court shoes.
