Get extra lacrosse practice with an hour-long clinic held on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. Boys need a lacrosse stick, helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves and mouthguard. Girls need a lacrosse stick, mouthguard and goggles.
