Mount Southington: Ski & Snowboard Lessons

“The Glacier Learning Area is located just outside our Mountain Room and is home to our popular Penguins and Snow Foxes lessons. Children learn the fundamentals of skiing while having fun with our friendly and amusing Ski School Staff. The Glacier has a carpet lift and a handle tow, for easy rides up and gentle thrills on the way down!

Based on their ability, kids will ski and ride with their instructors throughout the mountain.

Our lessons start promptly! Please plan to arrive at the mountain one hour before the start of the lesson so you can sign in, help them suit up, rent equipment (if needed), and get to their lessons on time. Helmets are recommended. Reservations are required. Lesson/lift price includes lift ticket good until 5:00PM (morning lessons) or 9:00PM (afternoon lessons). All programs offer both snowboarding and skiing.”
