PHD Basketball: Spring AAU

“For over 10 years, PHD has been offering youth in Connecticut and New York the most complete AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) basketball experience – emphasizing player development, teamwork and leadership. Our programs are designed to help inspire self-confidence, athletic excellence, academic achievement and leadership – both on and off the court. We offer several teams per age group that are open to elite, travel, school and recreational players – participating in tournaments locally, regionally and for our elite teams, nationally.”

Look for tryouts in January with the season running from March to June. Teams with have 2 practices a week and play in 5 to 6 tournaments.
