“The Xcel Program was developed to provide an opportunity for the recreational gymnast to compete while still having time for other sports or activities. Our Xcel athletes train fewer hours than those in the JO program but still have the opportunity to participate in USAG sanctioned competitions, making it the perfect option for those looking for flexible commitment! 

Our Xcel Program includes Xcel 1 (Bronze, Silver), and Xcel 2 (Gold, Platinum, Diamond).
