Sasco River Center: Learn to Ride a Bike Camp

“Campers will embark on outdoor games and adventures designed by occupational therapists to improve gross motor skills and teach the basic techniques of bike riding. Campers with the fundamental gross motor and praxis skills of bike riding can further develop their abilities with this advanced-level class.

Bike camp will also incorporate a variety of sensory-stimulating games and activities that encourage learning, curiosity, and exploration.”

Bring your own bike and helmet. Usually, they will help you remove the pedals from your child’s bike to start, and when your child is comfortable balancing, you’ll add them back. They also have balance bikes on site. Anyone can sign up. You do not need to be a Sasco River client.

Camp is held 9:30-11am week of June 17, 2024.
