Northeast Volleyball Club

U12-U14 Northeast Volleyball Club girls tryouts are being held November 1st and 2nd. U12/U13 tryouts will be on Friday, November 1 from 4-5:30pm and Saturday, November 2 from 9-10:30am. U14 tryouts will be on Friday, November 1 from 6-8pm and Saturday, November 2 from 11am-1pm. Register at northeastvbc.com.

U12: Players will have two weekly practices, a challenging tournament schedule (mostly in CT and RI) and some regional travel in MA and NY.

U13-U14 Club Team: Players practice three times per week — two led by their head coach and one led by the girls club director or a NEVBC lead coach. Plus, they will have both positional training and an integrative volleyball strength and conditioning workout circuit session once a week. The teams will have six or seven tournaments (CT, RI, MA, NY) with an option to add on another one and to go to the AAU nationals in Orlando, FL in June.

Chelsea Piers

Select teams: Players practice twice a week for week for two hours plus 30-minute strength and conditioning sessions with CP trainers. They compete in four 1-day local tournaments, and three overnight tournaments (typically in Hartford, Boston and either Rhode Island or Philly).

National teams: Teams practice three times a week for two hours plus one hour strength and conditioning practices. They attend five overnight tournaments, and three, 1-day local tournaments.
