Have a girls lacrosse player? Check these dates before you solidify your summer plans and register for club tryouts now. These summer tryouts are for the 2024/2025 season, which, depending on the program, can include summer and/or fall and summer play.

Ambition Lacrosse: Ambition’s 2024-2025 tryouts will be held on several days (based on grad year) from June 19 through July 11 for 2026’s through 2032’s. All tryouts will be held at St. Luke’s School in New Canaan. Advanced registration is required here. 2032s-2034s can join the development academy for 2024/2025 without a tryout by placing a deposit and registering here.

Sound Lacrosse: Tryouts for Sound Lacrosse’s 2024-2025 season are held at Greenwich Country Day School High School on several dates based on grad year from June 25 through July 1. Teams will be created for grad years 2026 through 2034. That said, 2033’s and 2034’s do not need to try out, you can guarantee one of 40 roster spots by placing a summer deposit. Register here.

CT Grizzlies: Tryout registration starts early (in late January!) for this beloved local program. This is important to note for third graders who want to play in their 4th grade summer as tryouts are not required and spots are given to the first 44 players to sign up. For older grades, tryouts are coming up on various dates based on grad year from June 24 through July 11 at Staples High School in Westport. Register here and check out the specific dates and times.

R2 Lacrosse Westchester: Tryouts for the 2024/2025 season are offered for rising 4th through 11th graders, 2033-2026 grad years. You only need to register for and attend one tryout date. Options are available on June 19 at Saxon Woods Field and Rye Country Day School, July 2 at Rye Country Day School, July 8 at the Ursuline School and July 16 at Westchester Community College.
